Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Principal Protection: Provide armed protection for high-profile individuals, maintaining situational awareness and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks. Ensure seamless close protection by managing itineraries, planning secure routes, and offering discreet, professional service.
  • Threat and Risk Management: Conduct thorough threat assessments, on-site reconnaissance, and vulnerability analysis to implement tailored security plans. Coordinate with law enforcement and vendors to integrate security measures into operations and event logistics.
  • Operational Leadership and Coordination: Lead and support on-site security operations, including securing venues, managing travel routes, and ensuring smooth transitions between locations. Collaborate with team members and external partners to provide seamless coverage and maintain high safety standards.
  • Emergency and Incident Response: React swiftly to security breaches, medical emergencies, or active threats. Manage crises by implementing tactical responses, coordinating evacuations, and ensuring client safety while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism: Uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and interacting with clients. Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all engagements, representing the organization with integrity and discretion.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or personal security roles.
  • Certifications:
    • BSIS Guard Card
    • BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit
    • Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218)
    • Appropriate Use of Force 
    • Powers to Arrest Certification
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification for Adults, Children, and Infants
  • Advanced Certifications: Preferred certifications in executive protection, tactical firearms training, and defensive driving.
  • Risk and Threat Management: Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, defensive tactics, and situational awareness to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Conflict Resolution and De-escalation: Proven proficiency in conflict resolution, de-escalation techniques, and emergency response, with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Physical and Mental Readiness: High physical fitness, mental resilience, and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Communication Skills: Ensures precise, concise, and professional communication in all interactions and documentation.

  • Prior Law Enforcement and/or Military Experience: Extensive background in law enforcement or military service, providing a solid foundation in security protocols, tactical operations, and disciplined conduct.
  • Advanced Training: Proficiency in advanced work, defensive driving, and emergency medical response, including certifications such as Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) for handling on-site medical emergencies.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Ability to remain composed, empathetic, and effective in high-stress situations, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, families, and team members.
