Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Controls Office with 5-10 years of experience in regulatory and financial reporting within the financial services sector. This role involves ensuring strong control environment, coordinating controls testing, reviewing findings, performing root cause analysis, and remediating self-identified issues. The focus will be on evaluating controls related to regulatory and financial reporting to various regulator, including Federal Reserve Bank (FRB), Office of the Controller of the Currency (OCC), and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). ROLES IN: NY, NJ, CA, CO
The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
