Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Audiologist to join a high-quality audiological care clinic in Bonita Springs, FL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering comprehensive hearing healthcare services, from diagnostics to hearing aid fittings, while helping grow the practice through patient education and outreach.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology (AuD)
• Licensure: Current Florida Audiology license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience fitting and dispensing hearing aids and providing follow-up care
• Technical Skills:
• Skilled in hearing aid technology and accessories
• Proficient in diagnostic hearing assessments and EMR systems
• Soft Skills:
• Patient-centered, compassionate, and an excellent communicator
• Works well within a collaborative team environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide thorough audiological evaluations and consultations
• Fit and dispense hearing aids using best practices
• Educate and counsel patients on hearing health and available treatment options
• Collaborate with clinical staff to achieve office goals
• Engage in practice outreach and patient acquisition initiatives, including hosting local events and participating in marketing campaigns
• Maintain professional interaction with referring physicians and healthcare partners
