Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Audiologist to join a leading audiology practice in Ocala, FL . In this patient-centered role, you will help individuals reclaim their hearing and quality of life by performing diagnostic assessments, recommending cutting-edge hearing aid technology, and providing long-term care and support.

• $95,000 – $130,000 per year (base salary + commission)

• PTO: 10 days annually (pro-rated first year)
• Sick Leave: 80 hours per year

Work-Life Balance:

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• No nights or weekends

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology (required)
• Licensure: Active Florida Audiology license or eligibility
• Experience: 1+ year fitting and dispensing hearing aids; strong background in patient care and amplification solutions
• Technical Skills: Proficient in hearing diagnostics, advanced hearing technology, and EMR systems
• Soft Skills: Patient-first mindset, exceptional communication, and teamwork-driven

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and diagnose hearing conditions
• Fit and dispense hearing aids tailored to individual patient needs
• Educate patients on hearing aid use, care, and expectations with compassion
• Collaborate with colleagues to exceed clinic performance goals
• Stay informed on the latest hearing technologies and product offerings
• Engage in community outreach events and marketing to support clinic growth
• Foster relationships with referring physicians and local networks
