Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator, based in Marietta, GA. The role involves greeting and assisting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and performing general clerical duties. The coordinator will ensure efficient and friendly patient interactions while managing front desk operations effectively. Qualifications Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills Clerical Skills and ability to manage administrative tasks Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in both English and Spanish High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus Experience in a medical office setting is preferred Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
