Job Description

One of our clients in the Raleigh area is looking for a Business Analyst II to add onto their team. As a Business Analyst II, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team to understand and translate user requirements into actionable business solutions. The Business Analyst II will be involve in engaging with both customers and business stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while working alongside our technical team.

The Business Analyst II will engage with customers and stakeholders to gather and translate their requirements. Utilizing strong understanding of SQL, the Business Analyst will analyze data and provide insights that meet customer needs. Additionally, the Business Analyst II will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions, while providing personable and professional customer service to build strong relationships.

Pay Rate: $35-$40

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Requirements:

• Confidence in building and maintaining customer and industry relationships is essential.
• Build strong customer and industry relationships
• Have excellent research skills and attention to detail
• Possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• 3+ years’ experience in Microsoft Office
• 3+ years’ experience with data analysis and writing basic SQL queries
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3-6 years of analyst experience

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
