Job Responsibilities

• Route or transfer calls to the appropriate department when necessary

• Walk customers through basic troubleshooting steps, such as password resets or account updates
• Maintain a calm, friendly, and professional tone in all conversations
• Attend regular virtual team meetings, one-on-ones, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a naturally friendly and patient demeanor
• Comfortable navigating multiple online tools or browser tabs at once
• Access to a quiet, distraction-free home workspace and reliable internet connection
• Able to stay calm and focused under pressure, especially during high call volumes
• Previous experience in a call center, help desk, or other customer-facing role is a plus
• No experience required—comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed
