Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Overview:
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a leading company in the real estate industry. The CFO will be instrumental in strategic decision-making and operations as we continue to advance our capabilities in real estate, brokerage, development, and construction sectors. This role involves leading our financial strategy and maintaining the financial health and stability of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's long-term goals.
• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and oversee the accounting functions.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital resources.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial partners, including banks and investors.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and board members.
• Evaluate company performance and potential risks to guide financial planning.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or in a relevant role.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and risk management practices.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proficient in the use of financial management software (e.g., ERP systems).
• An analytical mind capable of strategic thinking.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is highly preferred.
• CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus.
