Client Advocate, Personal Lines

Classification: Salary-Exempt

Location: Wellesley/Franklin/Dennis Port/Worcester, MA

Job Type: Full Time

The Client Advocate plays a crucial role on our Personal Lines team, working closely with clients and Account Managers to provide superior customer service.

What you'll do:

  • Be a sponge – obtain comprehensive knowledge of all agency systems and processes
  • Provide clients with industry-leading customer service
  • Work with the team and do whatever is needed to get the job done – have a “can-do” attitude
  • Assist with Certificates of Insurance, applications, cancellations, and other client needs
  • Learn and master our CRM system – Applied Epic
  • Communicate with carriers via phone and email to problem-solve

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree with interest in all things Insurance
  • Ability to be flexible in the Small Business environment
  • Self-motivation and accountability to get the job done
  • An eye for detail and great written and verbal communication skills
  • Grit and organizational skills to complete detailed tasks
  • Team player, able to work with all levels of the organization effectively and efficiently
