Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Research Assistant for a part-time position Research Assistant 2 Hammond, Louisiana, USA 24 hours/week for 52 weeks This is for a research assistant to support the site with reviewing charts from the site database, prescreening referrals, EDC entry/query resolution, visit scheduling and reminders, updating study portals, and community outreach. Bachelor's degree in a Medical, Health, or Life Science preferred. Medical/Clinical/Laboratory experience preferred. Must be comfortable speaking with patients/study subjects and handling biological specimens AWESOME way to get into clinical research! Skills Basic knowledge of clinical trials In-depth knowledge of departmental, protocol and study-specific operating procedures, consent forms, and study schedules Basic knowledge of medical terminology Skilled in using MS Windows and Office applications such as Access, Outlook, Excel, and Word Excellent interpersonal skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
