Title: Mechanical Project Manager

Pay: $110k - $150k

Location: Carrolton, GA

Type: Direct hire

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with specifications
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues during construction
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and permits
• Utilize project management software (ProCore) to track progress and report updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred
• Seven (7) years of experience in mechanical construction project management
• Deep understanding of electrical/mechanical systems, wiring, and controls
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, assess job conditions, and solve challenges
• Financial acumen in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control
• Knowledge of estimating, construction methods, engineering, equipment, and technology
