Job Description

Title: Mechanical Project Manager

Pay: $110k - $150k

Location: Carrolton, GA

Type: Direct hire

Industry: Mechanical Construction – commercial

*Relocation package offered

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with specifications
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines
Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues during construction
Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks
Manage project documentation, contracts, and permits
Utilize project management software (ProCore) to track progress and report updates

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred
Seven (7) years of experience in mechanical construction project management
Deep understanding of electrical/mechanical systems, wiring, and controls
Strong ability to interpret drawings, assess job conditions, and solve challenges
Financial acumen in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control
Knowledge of estimating, construction methods, engineering, equipment, and technology
