Concrete Estimator (Concrete, Team Lead) - $100M Projects!
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Salary: $180,000 Base + OTE + Bonus
I am partnering with one of Florida’s leading Concrete contractors who are looking to onboard an experienced Senior Concrete Estimator who has a strong background in Concrete/Masonry providing estimates, bids and proposals on large-scale multi-million dollar projects.
You’ll be working for the biggest name in the industry and assembling large dollar bid proposals while managing more junior Estimator/s in the process. The Senior Estimator is also expected to follow up and negotiate with clients to close the deal. For awarded contracts, the role provides ongoing cost estimate support to operations.
The Senior Estimator will possess strong competencies in leading Estimators, preparing pricing, bids and proposals, liaising with vendors and subcontractors and closing all post-bid activities.

You’ll ideally have a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or a related field and 5-10 years of related experience as an Estimator in the Concrete field.
