Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct comprehensive internal and external patrols to identify safety concerns, security risks, and policy violations, promptly reporting hazards or breaches.
• Respond effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, natural disasters, and power outages, ensuring swift and appropriate resolution.
• Provide de-escalation support and manage security risks, such as handling trespassing incidents and problematic situations and conducting visitor risk assessments.
• Oversee access control systems by monitoring badge scanners, securing entry points, and verifying personnel authorization during client pickups.
• Facilitate secure escort services for personnel and vendors to ensure controlled and authorized access.
• Support operational functions, including gate openings and closures, kiosk assistance, and implementing process improvements to enhance workplace safety.
• Respond to fire alarms, assist in evacuation procedures, and coordinate with Emergency Medical Services (EMS) when necessary.
• Maintained thorough documentation of incident activity logs and prepared detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

Required Qualifications:

• Pet Friendly: Able to work comfortably around animals while maintaining security protocols.
• Professionalism: Consistently demonstrates integrity, accountability, and respect in all interactions.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and professionalism in all interactions and reports.
• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in physical security and 2+ years in corporate security, with relevant experience in military, law enforcement, executive protection, or personal security roles.
• Certifications:
• BSIS Guard Card
• Appropriate Use of Force or Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification
• Powers to Arrest Certification
• First Aid, CPR, and AED for Adults, Children, and Infants
• Technical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, defensive tactics, and conflict resolution, emphasizing emotional intelligence and de-escalation techniques.
• Physical and Mental Fitness: High physical fitness, mental resilience, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Documentation Proficiency: Skilled in creating thorough, accurate, and detailed reports to document incidents, observations, and activities supporting client needs.
• Conflict Resolution: Proven experience managing conflicts effectively and professionally, emphasizing de-escalation and emotional intelligence.

Preferred Skills & Attributes: 

• Corporate Security Experience: Demonstrated background in corporate security operations focusing on protecting assets, personnel, and information.
• Proficient in Hand-to-Hand Combat: Expertise in self-defense and unarmed combat techniques to effectively manage conflicts in close quarters or when disarmed.
• Advanced De-Escalation Skills: Ability to defuse high-tension situations calmly and professionally, prioritizing peaceful resolutions.
• Client-Centric Mindset: Committed to providing discreet, high-quality service tailored to each client’s needs.
• Advanced Tactical Training: Skilled in defensive driving, Close Quarters Battle (CQB), and operating in high-threat environments.
• Crisis Management: Proven ability to lead during emergencies, providing clear direction to clients and team members.
• Emotional Intelligence Training: Formal training in emotional intelligence to manage high-stress situations with empathy and maintain composed communication.
• Advanced Medical Training: Certification in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) to address on-site medical emergencies and ensure client safety.

Schedule:

• 4-days on, 4-days off
• 10-16 hour shifts
