Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. This is a full-time, onsite position. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, as well as a background in or strong knowledge of graphic design. $19 - $23 hourly

• Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
• Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
• Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
• Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction

• Accurately take order information from the customer and enter it into the MIS
• Create estimates in a timely manner
• Follow up on all production functions to ensure timely output of the product
• Must be able to manage 20+ jobs at a time

• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction

• Background in graphic design
• You are urgent and accurate
• You pay attention to all the details
• You can be on-site full-time M-F
