What Youβll Be Doing:β Managing & training the customer service team to ensure friendly, efficient, and professional interactions.
β Overseeing email, chat, and social media support to resolve customer inquiries quickly and effectively.
β Implementing customer service policies & best practices to improve response times and satisfaction.
β Handling escalated issues with professionalism and ensuring timely resolutions.
β Tracking key performance metrics (response times, customer satisfaction, order issues) and identifying areas for improvement.
β Collaborating with fulfillment & operations teams to troubleshoot shipping, returns, and order concerns.
What Weβre Looking For:β 2+ years of experience in customer service management (preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or retail).
β Proven leadership skills β ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team.
β Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills β can handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism.
β Excellent written & verbal communication β friendly, clear, and professional in all interactions.
β Familiarity with Shopify, or other e-commerce support tools is a plus!
β Passion for fashion & boutique shopping!
