Talulah has an opening in our Customer Service department. The opening is for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with our online store. Hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We seek candidates who enjoy a fast-paced environment and communicates well over the phone and through e-mail. This position has the potential to provide benefits (Health insurance, salary, etc.) based on job performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and professionally respond to incoming phone calls and emails with a goal of providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Data entry within various computer applications, including our online platform (
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work and own the customer journey to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Become an expert on our product.
  • Continuously assess and improve customer service processes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Process and track customer returns
  • Assist customers with their orders.
  • Genuine interest and action in helping others before yourself, regardless of recognition or reward.
  • Approach daily tasks, projects and follow-up communication with energy and sense of urgency.
  • Cultivate a deep desire to become a knowledge expert in their role with the ability to apply their knowledge and experience with great impact.
  • Consistent eagerness to listen, learn, apply knowledge and accept critical feedback.

Required Skills:

  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
