Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire)

Department: Customer Service

Pay: $20-$22/hour (DOE)

Location: Irvine, CA

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service Representative for a 4-month temporary contract with the potential for hire. In this role, you will be responsible for order processing, email communication, and resolving customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process 100-200 orders per day with accuracy and efficiency in SAP
• Handle customer inquiries and discrepancies via email only (no phone calls)
• Track orders and provide timely updates to customers
• Assist with order entry, data management, and issue resolution

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience within the last 3 years
• Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive order processing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
