Job Description

Qualifications:

• BS in a Technical Discipline
• Proven experience working with large and complex datasets (big data environments)
• Experience pulling and integrating data from CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) using APIs or other relevant methods
• Excellent data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Excel expert, able to set up Macros to pull data from SAP and populate forms

Responsibilities:

• Doing data entry, pulling data from CRM type sources, organizing the data, following up offline with users that input the data, and setting up meeting to provide updates to stakeholders.
• Collecting data entry to shipment forms, inputting the data, following through on approvals, and sending out updates to stakeholders
• Extract and integrate data from CRM system
• Develop predictive models and algorithms to address critical business challenges in areas such as sales forecasting, customer behavior analysis, equipment performance optimization, and more.
• Identify meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources
