Director of Building Enclosures

Position: Building Enclosure Business Unit Director

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Work Schedule: Hybrid

This leadership role is responsible for directing operations to achieve business unit and program goals, managing financial and marketing resources, and overseeing a team of technical professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a strong pipeline of large-scale projects while playing a key role in strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business plans aligned with company goals.
• Manage financial performance, staffing, and business development.
• Support Project Managers in ensuring project success.
• Build and maintain client relationships, identifying growth opportunities.
• Mentor and develop technical staff.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in building enclosure consulting or a related field.
• 10+ years managing projects, teams, and resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA).
• IIBEC qualifications (preferred)
• Proven leadership and business development experience.
