Bilingual Distribution Center Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Center Manager to oversee the efficient flow of merchandise through our distribution center. This role is responsible for developing, monitoring, and achieving operating and capital budgets, while ensuring security and safety standards are maintained for employees, equipment, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve store issues and ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with DC management to enhance productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and safety
• Monitor, review, and adjust budgets and expenses to meet goals
• Interact with team members to address and resolve issues, and solicit ideas for performance improvement

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Yes
• Just under 600 total employees

Education and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in distribution/warehouse center management
