Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing team. This role is essential in driving our online sales strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of marketing expertise, marketplace technical skills, and creativity to optimize our e-commerce platforms and engage customers effectively.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the daily operational needs and process of multiple channels and marketplaces. Maintain accurate content and optimize product SKUs and features effectively to maximize conversions. Optimize Catalog content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to enhance visibility and ranking. Be able to properly fix product data on marketplace to have correct Parent/Child relationship for a clean variated catalog. Monitor and manage seller performance metrics, SLAs, customer service and product reviews of each marketplace. Analyze e-commerce metrics and user behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for conversion optimization. Identify opportunities for growth of marketplace sales and product ranking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and develop new Marketplace initiatives and opportunities to meet and exceed revenue goals. Support inventory management, demand planning and fulfillment metrics within a cross-functional team Contribute to relationships with 3rd party partners on strategy and enhancements to marketplace programs
Qualifications
Proven 2+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace roles. 2+ years of Excel experience involving onboarding SKUS 2+ year of experience in web content creation and optimization Experience with Channel Advisor, Amazon VC & SC portal. Preferred candidate will have expertise to list and/or update around 500+ listing a month. Familiarity with conversion optimization techniques and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Experience in Adobe Photoshop is a plus!
