📍  Location: Austin, TX (Full-Time, In-Person)

We’re  building something real —not just another e-commerce brand, but an  American manufacturing movement . Jaspr is bringing production back to Texas, and we’re looking for a  storyteller  to document this journey  as it happens —the wins, the challenges, the lessons, and the raw, real moments.

This isn’t about creating polished, corporate content. It’s about  capturing reality, not fabricating it —the way Gary Vee talks about recording life instead of just “making content.” You’ll be our  embedded storyteller , filming the behind-the-scenes of our startup, factory buildout, key meetings, and the broader vision we’re creating.

• Be a  fly on the wall , capturing the  real, unfiltered journey  of Jaspr’s founder, team, and community.
• Film  behind-the-scenes content  for  Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok .
• Edit and produce  long-form YouTube videos  that tell the deeper story of our mission.
• Travel occasionally to film key moments (e.g., factory setup, team events, manufacturing milestones).
• Work closely with Mike (our founder) to  shape the story —not just capture footage.
• Stay  one step ahead , knowing what moments matter  before  they happen.
• Keep the camera rolling—even in the chaos—because that’s where the best content happens.

• You’re a storyteller, not just a videographer . You understand  narrative, pacing, and emotional beats .
• You capture moments without disrupting them . You know when to film, when to step back, and how to blend into the scene.
• You’re comfortable working solo —no micromanaging here. We trust you to own the process.
• You edit fast and efficiently . You know how to create  engaging, short-form content  that people actually watch.
• You understand social media —what works on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• You’re adaptable and down for the ride . Some days, you'll be filming a factory buildout. Other days, you’ll be documenting key business decisions.
• You get the Jaspr vision —we’re not just making air purifiers; we’re bringing manufacturing back and building something that lasts.
