🚀 Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to start in an entry-level role and grow into a Project Manager position. This role involves working closely with clients, helping them explore options and delivering top-tier service , while undergoing structured training to develop key sales, leadership, and management skills .

📅 Training & Growth Timeline:

🔹 First 6 Weeks: Learn and implement all sales strategies.

🔹 Next 3 Months: Master team management, people expectations, and HR procedures.

🔹 Final 2 Months: Gain hands-on experience in finance, payroll, legal compliance , and managing clients & stakeholders.

🔹 End Goal: Lead and oversee multiple departments with confidence.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships , understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.

✔ Guide clients through the application process while ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

✔ Accurately track and maintain records of client interactions and transactions.

✔ Collaborate with the sales team to meet performance targets and contribute to company growth.
