• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of exciting events.
• Manage event timelines, logistics, and client communications to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with vendors, venues, caterers, and AV teams to bring event visions to life.
• Stay on top of budgets, contracts, and event details , keeping everything organized and on track.
• Contribute creative ideas for themes, décor, entertainment, and programming .
• Provide on-site event support , ensuring everything runs seamlessly from start to finish.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and post-event follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the events team to exceed client expectations and deliver outstanding experiences.

• A go-getter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills .
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• A proactive problem-solver with a passion for creativity and innovation.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; experience with event planning tools is a plus.
• Previous event experience is a bonus but not required—we’ll provide training!
