Executive Assistant | MIT-Incubated Startup

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the founding team of an innovative MIT-incubated startup pioneering dynamic pricing solutions in eCommerce. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with high-level executives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Expertly manage calendars and scheduling for senior executives
• Assist executives in preparing for meetings, ensuring they are well-equipped and informed
• Handle email correspondence and respond to document requests on behalf of executives
• Draft slides, documents, and detailed meeting notes to support executive presentations and communications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, coordinate logistics, and perform administrative tasks
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept at drafting professional documents and correspondence
