Job Description

Position Overview:

CoxHealth is seeking a full-time, board-certified Family Medicine Physician to join the Family Medicine Residency Program as a faculty member. This well-established, community-based 10-10-10 residency program operates across two clinic sites and is committed to training the next generation of family medicine physicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide teaching and clinical supervision to family medicine residents in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
  • Participate in curriculum development and implementation for family medicine residents.
  • Engage in scholarly activities, including research, presentations, and continuous medical education.
  • Provide patient care in a broad-scope family medicine practice, serving both adults and children.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment within a dynamic and supportive team.

Qualifications:

  • Board certification in Family Medicine.
  • Strong interest in teaching and mentoring residents in a family medicine setting.
  • Academic experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Dedication to providing quality patient care and advancing the field of family medicine.
