MassMutual Greater Richmond is a non-captive Financial firm with multiple locations in Virginia. We are seeking to hire a financial advisor to join our dynamic team in our Richmond Office. MassMutual Greater Richmond consists of independent agents, top producers who have transitioned from previous firms, advisors building teams, and new agents. Gain ownership of your practice & master all aspects of comprehensive financial planning.

Responsibilities

  • Implement financial recommendations such as savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products
  • Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor
  • Develop and offer financial advice and strategies that align with each client's risk tolerance and financial objectives
  • Become knowledgeable of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations

Qualifications:

Success in customer consultation, relationship management, preferably in financial services

  • Comprehensive understanding of financial services markets, the economy and of industry trends
  • 2-3 years of previous experience working in the financial services industry
  • Life, Health, and Annuity Licensed
  • Series 6, 63, and 65 or 66 Licensed
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working independently
  • Proficient in market development and networking
  • Entrepreneurial spirit

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
