Fleet Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• The role coordinates/ manages the registration process for company vehicles
• Ensuring all vehicles are up to date with registration
• Maintaining and updating internal systems with correct registration information
• Process paperwork in a timely manner
• Communicate and resolve any and all issues with Managers
• Other duties to be determined by management

Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills
• Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a busy office environment required
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and comfortable in an open office is required
• Fleetio software experience, required
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly preferred – 90% of interaction
