Bucked Up is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist & Executive Assistant to help provide a wide range of administrative support to the Executive team. This role is forward-facing and will interact with various people in the organization.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage schedule for use of conference room
  • Maintain up-to-date contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence emails, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Order and restock office supplies as needed
  • Book travel arrangements for various staff members
  • Provide general support to office visitors and VIP guests
  • Order and pick up meals for executives and visitors
  • Manage calendar(s) for Executive team member(s)
  • Help plan and execute company parties and functions as needed

 

Required Skills/Abilities/Experience:

  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
