Customer Service Representative

💵 Hourly Pay: $18 - $25 per hour (Depending on experience) *Plus any overtime you work.

📍 Location & Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Full-time, On-site in our office at Lansdowne, PA . (We're easily commutable from Delaware County, South Philadelphia, parts of the DE border, Belmar NJ, and West Chester PA)

• 🛠️ You have experience in the electrical service industry or any home service (plumbing, HVAC, etc.
• 💻You know ServiceTitan software (but we'll train you if not!).

• 📞 Answering phone calls with a smile.
• 📧 Responding to emails and website inquiries.
• 🗓️ Scheduling and dispatching our amazing electricians.
• 🤝 Coordinating schedules with our valued customers.
• 🛠️ Resolving any customer scheduling hiccups.
• 🗣️ Keeping everyone in the loop – letting customers and techs know about schedules and any delays.
• 📞 Following up on calls that went to our answering service.
• ✍️ Responding to online reviews.
• 💌 Sending out thank you cards to our customers.
• 📞 Making outbound calls to schedule maintenance.
• 👍 Checking in with clients after service to ensure they're happy.
• 📊 Creating reports using Service Titan.
