We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our client's growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to start or advance their career in sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.

As a JR BDR , you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with potential customers, and supporting the sales team in expanding business. If you have excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for sales, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Research potential clients and industries to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and sales processes.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions to enhance prospecting efforts.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
