Licensing/Recruiting Admin

Hantz Group is looking for an entry level candidate to join its recruiting team. The position entails handling the new hire licensing process for new recruits and will support the other needs of the recruiting department.

For the individual, we offer a Family Office of services tailored to our client’s needs and goals, ranging from cash flow analysis and lending strategies to insurance, investments and tax planning. Our team of specialists work in collaboration and offer a holistic approach to financial planning.

Essential Job Functions:

Tasks are as follows:

  • Attend local career fairs
  • Source candidates
  • Schedule Interviews throughout the process
  • Conduct Interviews
  • Support completing new recruit licensing paperwork
  • Support orderinglicensing materials for prospects/employees
  • Follow up on new recruits throughout interviewprocess and report progress
  • Support Booking Licensing Exam
  • Maintain Resumes and Interview Tracking
  • Help coordinate new hire orientation and intern programs
  • All other tasks assigned

Education/Knowledge & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Team Player
  • Strong Work Ethic
