Position Overview:
The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and assembling high-quality sandwiches and salads, with the opportunity to expand the menu as we grow. This role requires someone who can work efficiently, maintain consistency, and uphold the highest standards of food preparation. The position will cover both morning and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches and salads according to our recipes and standards
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, prepped, and ready for service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstations and kitchen area
• Assist in the creation of new menu items as we expand our offerings
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service during both morning and evening shifts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting, preferably with sandwich and salad preparation
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work both morning and evening shifts, as needed
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
