As a Line Cook at Locals Tacos and Tequila , you will be a crucial part of our culinary team, responsible for preparing and executing our delicious Tex-Mex dishes with precision and consistency. Your culinary skills and dedication to quality will contribute to the exceptional dining experience we provide to our guests.

• Accurately measure and assemble ingredients for menu items, following recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Cook and prepare Tex-Mex dishes, including grilling, frying, sautéing, and plating, to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered to the kitchen team in a timely manner, coordinating with other cooks and kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including equipment cleaning and sanitization.
• Inspect ingredients and finished dishes to ensure they meet our quality standards and guest expectations.

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines precisely.
• Willingness to collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and organized service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle high-stress situations.
