About the Company: Cold Heading Company is looking to add to their Logistics/Steel Warehouse Operation. We are looking for someone who has the ability to multi-task and plan ahead. This position is designed to communicate effectively with both vendors and customers to ensure that deliveries are consistently made on time as we work to meet the needs of our customers.
About the Role: Support Logistics Manager in all phases of the day-to-day operation. Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests. Track orders to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers. Securing outside coverage for loads. Drive Hilo. Quality Inspection of Steel Coils. Data Entry. Building Orders for outgoing loads. Following up/Resolving Customer’s Request. Monitoring Truck Drivers, Forklift Drivers. Assist with Loading and Unloading of Trucks when needed. Work with Inventory Control to monitor the warehouse stock levels and place orders as needed. Maintain Inventory of Steel. Maintain a safe work environment.
