Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in Florida. This role requires an organized and proactive individual to oversee and manage the logistics operations efficiently, ensuring smooth and effective supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Utilize logistics software to optimize procedures.
• Ensure shipments and inventory transactions are accurate and timely.
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or in a similar role.
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of logistics software is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 1st shift.
