I. Job Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance and Repair :
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment following company standards.
Repair or replace defective components, including hashboards, power supply units (PSUs), fans, and control boards.
Equipment Testing and Optimization :
Utilize professional diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters) to assess equipment performance and document pre- and post-repair data.
Upgrade firmware or systems (e.g., air-cooling, water-cooling, or immersion cooling) as needed.
Collaborate with the team to develop new repair techniques and processes, improving overall service efficiency.
Documentation and Reporting :
Accurately log repair processes, parts used, and test results for traceability and quality control.
Submit daily work reports to supervisors, detailing equipment status and potential issues.
Learning and Development :
No prior experience required—comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided, covering ASIC miner basics, repair techniques, and safety practices.
Participate in regular technical training sessions and team discussions to continuously enhance skills.

Basic Requirements :
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, resilience, and a sense of responsibility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Show interest in electronics repair or technical work, with a willingness to learn new skills.
Proficient in Chinese with basic communication skills (proficiency in English is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Experience in electronics repair, mechanical maintenance, or a related field.
Familiarity with basic knowledge of electrical systems or experience using tools like multimeters.

IV. Benefits and Compensation
Salary : Starting at $25 per hour(during the probation period: $23 USD/hour), with opportunities for raises based on performance.
Probation and Incentives : After a 1~3-month probation period, performance-based bonuses will be awarded based on individual contributions and company profitability.
Career Advancement : High performers who pass assessments can be promoted to Senior Technician or Technical Support roles, with salaries ranging from $25 to $35 per hour.
