We’re Hiring Production Operators!

We’re looking for talented and motived individuals to join our Production Team at our Milpitas, CA location. We have opportunities available on both Day Shift (6AM – 2PM) and Swing Shift (3PM – 11:30PM).

• FQA Inspectors
• Hand Load Operators
• Wave Operators
• Wash Operators
• Final Mechanical Operators
• SMT Operators
• SMT Set Up Operators
• Touch Up Operators
• Rework Operators
• Final Mechanical Operators
• Box Build Operators
• Conformal Coating Operators
• Test Operators
• Equipment Technicians

Basic Requirements:

• Previous experience in the mechanical assembly or a related field preferred but not necessary.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English and be able to comprehend verbal and/or written instructions and other documentations.
• Computer experience preferred but not necessary.
• Requires a high degree of manual dexterity.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Knowledge of ESD
• IPC Certification preferred but not necessary.
• Familiarity with PCBA assembly and fundamental electronic components preferred but not necessary

Salary Range (Hourly):

$20-$35 / per hour
