Skinship is a modern medical aesthetics brand located in Buckhead in Atlanta, GA on a mission to empower our patients to feel confident in their skin! Our clinic specializes in aesthetic treatments like Botox, filler, Sculptra, PRP, microneedling, and medical-grade skincare with an emphasis on natural, but impactful results! We are a 100% women owned and operated small business, and our team is growing!

Position Overview:

We are looking for summer interns to join our close-knit team at Skinship. Skinship interns are an integral part of our patient experience from start to finish–your energy, professionalism, and ability to make people feel cared for set the tone for the entire visit. This role has core responsibilities outlined below but is flexible in the overall scope of work making it perfect for anyone interested in medical aesthetics, skincare, wellness, sales and marketing, entrepreneurship, or any aspect of operating a small business!

Responsibilities:

• Engage with current and prospective patients in a professional, upbeat, and knowledgeable manner
• Build relationships as a Skinship ambassador by providing exceptional service with every interaction
• Manage in-person and virtual client interactions, including patient appointments, daily scheduling, phone calls, and emails
• Manage check-in and check out process including greeting and welcoming patients, completion of patient documentation, treatment and package sales, product sales, and follow-up appointment scheduling
• Develop thorough understanding of Skinship products and services and lead front office sales
• Assist with order fulfillment for ecommerce sales
• Maintain lobby organization and tidiness, replenish and reorganize skincare products as needed
• Support daily office flow and assist the clinical team with non-clinical tasks and other other administrative duties as needed

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with social media team on content creation and influencer management
• Assist with website management and SEO optimization
• Build out digital marketing channels including email/text marketing, Google ads, and Meta ads
• Assist with sales and inventory management

Requirements:

• Professional, upbeat, and hardworking attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role directly interacts with patients of our practice and are often the first and last team member they see
• Proficient computer skills to use our office software for scheduling patients, checking out, and sales using POS
• Team-focused, ability to take direction, multitask, and stay organized
• Passionate about skincare, aesthetics, wellness
• Experience in retail, customer service, marketing preferred but not required

Location and Schedule

• In person 
• Skinship - 480 E Paces Ferry Rd NW, Suite 9, Atlanta, GA 30305
• 2 days per week
• May-August (flexible start/end date)
