Are you a talented marketing professional looking to make an impact? We are seeking a Marketing Manager to help drive brand awareness and lead generation initiatives. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape and implement marketing strategies across multiple markets, focusing on new business acquisition and cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Plans: Work closely with the VP of Marketing and Market Leaders to craft annual marketing strategies and campaign plans (both inbound and outbound) that align with organizational goals and market objectives aimed at lead generation and brand awareness.
Plan Execution and Management: Collaborate with team members and partner agencies responsible for marketing operations—including content creation, SEO, advertising, email, branding, and social media—to ensure successful execution and management of approved marketing plans and campaigns.
Manage Budget: Allocate resources effectively, track spending, and ensure campaigns remain within budget while maximizing ROI.
Marketing Compliance: Ensure all marketing efforts comply with relevant laws and regulations, including SPAM, GDPR, and customer privacy regulations.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in marketing, including the use of AI, to continuously refine and enhance marketing strategies.
Review Plan Success: Regularly analyze metrics and reports for all marketing campaigns, assess performance against ROI and KPIs, and work with the VP of Marketing and Market Leaders to optimize channels or adjust plans as needed.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably targeting medium to mid-market clients.
A four-year degree, ideally in Marketing.
Knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, particularly successful inbound lead generation.
Creative skills in identifying target audiences and creating engaging digital campaigns throughout the customer journey.
A positive, self-starter attitude with the ability to drive progress independently and build strong relationships within a team.
Strong analytical skills to translate ideas into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in optimizing lead generation and sales funnels, including analyzing drop-off points and developing effective solutions.
B2B services marketing experience.
Proficiency in marketing research and analysis.
Familiarity with HubSpot Sales and Marketing hubs.
