πΉ Job Overview:
We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)/Medical Technologist (MT) with Blood Bank experience for a direct-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will perform clinical lab procedures, quality assurance, and instrument maintenance while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in testing.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β Conduct routine & specialty lab tests (blood bank, immunology, microbiology, hematology, chemistry, microscopy)
β Handle & analyze specimens (blood, urine, bodily fluids)
β Maintain and operate lab equipment (Ortho Vison, Well Sky Software, EPIC)
β Collaborate with phlebotomists, clerical staff & lab supervisors
πΉ Requirements:
π Bachelor's in MT, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field
π ASCP Certification (MT/MLS) β Required
π©Έ 2+ years of hospital laboratory experience (Must include Blood Bank experience)
π» Proficiency in computer systems (EPIC, spreadsheets, database, email)
πΉ Additional Info:
π Dress Code: Scrubs (any color, must be clean)
