Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee multiple locations and drive operational success. The ideal candidate has a background in fast-casual, counter-service restaurant management , with strong leadership skills to mentor and support existing managers. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable being actively involved in both locations while also focusing on expanding catering operations and ensuring top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and support restaurant managers, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand catering operations and drive additional revenue.
• Maintain a strong presence in both locations, providing hands-on support as needed.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, and take proactive steps to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food quality standards.
• Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction by upholding brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop managers.
• Experience in fast-casual, counter-service concepts required.
• Proven ability to grow catering operations and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Hands-on leadership approach, comfortable working in both locations as needed.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
