Your Role as an OR Nurse Educator

As the Operating Room Nurse Educator, you’ll:

• Advance Surgical Care: Design and deliver dynamic educational programs to enhance the skills of OR nurses and surgical staff.
• Mentor Excellence: Support the professional development of new and experienced OR nurses, fostering confidence and clinical mastery.
• Lead Innovation: Introduce evidence-based practices and emerging surgical technologies to ensure top-tier patient care.
• Collaborate & Inspire: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify learning opportunities and drive operational excellence in the OR.

What You Bring

• A BSN required or MSN (preferred), with active RN licensure in Nevada or eligibility to obtain it.
• Significant Operating Room nursing experience, including preceptor or educator roles.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• A commitment to lifelong learning and a passion for sharing knowledge.
