What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly face and first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage front-desk operations, including patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, and handling phone communications.
• Collect co-pays and verify insurance information to support smooth billing processes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely distribution of medical documents.
• Work closely with providers, nurses, and administrative staff to coordinate patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in a Patient Services Coordinator (or similar) role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in scheduling systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Prior experience in a GI or Pulmonary clinic is a plus but not required!
