Full-Time Pediatric Licensed Clinical Social Worker - PART TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

Education: Master of Social Worker degree require

License: LCSW Licensure in Illinois required.

Summary:

Pediatric therapy practice that provides physical, occupational, speech and behavioral therapy services in the clinic setting, through our therapeutic learning program and through the Early Intervention program. Our individual therapy services are supplemented by a variety of therapeutic play groups and support services for children and their families. Our goal is to be the leader in the Chicago land area in both providing therapy services for children as well as educating professionals and families in our specialty fields.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy, counseling services, and psychosocial assessments to pediatric patients and their families.
• Integral role and active participant in interdisciplinary team
• Work closely in connecting families with services to meet their needs
• Focus on continuing education and collaboration to provide children and families with the best practice, best care
