Personal Assistant

Company Overview:

We are looking for a proactive & detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support Alex Costa in managing his home and office flex space. This is an excellent beginner role for someone who is eager to gain experience in personal assistance and household management.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the interior of the house is consistently clean, house is organized, well-maintained and laundry is done.
  • Implement and optimize organizational systems to enhance efficiency and aesthetic appeal.
  • Maintain inventory of all furnishings and equipment, promptly ordering replacements as needed.
  • Monitor and restock house, fridge, and bathroom supplies, managing orders for replenishment.
  • Collaborate closely with Alex's virtual assistant to coordinate schedules and tasks effectively.
  • Assist in organizing social events, making travel arrangements, and running various errands as required.
  • Occasionally, provide support during photo and video shoots, including taking pictures and assisting with social media content creation.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred, with a strong track record of maintaining high standards.
  • Knowledgeable across various domains relevant to household management; experience with social media is a bonus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to maintain order in rooms, closets, pantries, and other spaces.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen understanding of client preferences and priorities.
  • Reliable, efficient, discreet, and highly organized in managing day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Relevant training and certifications in Household Management are preferred but not required.

Working Schedule:

  • Part-time position, 4 hours daily Monday-Friday.
