About Us

PowerStrength is a Personal Training & Sports Performance company founded on principles of building relationships , delivering real results , and creating lasting impact . We build stronger people to build stronger communities.

As a proud, family-owned business, we've pioneered personal training and sports performance in West Michigan since 2011. Our All-Star Team of experts has cemented a proven model that has positively influenced thousands in our local community. We have expanded to five cutting-edge and state-of-the-art facilities in West Michigan, and established ourselves as a leader in both the sports performance and personal training industry.

We specialize in results-driven coaching for:

  • Athlete Performance: We coach 4th–12th grade and college athletes across all sports and ability levels to become faster, stronger, and more confident. This long-standing program has helped position PowerStrength as one of the premier athlete development facilities in the nation.
  • Adult Personal Training: We train adults who are in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who want expert coaching, real accountability, and sustainable progress. Done in small groups or 1:1, our personal training programs eliminate the chaos of big-box gyms and the fluff of short-term bootcamps, offering customized coaching instead.

We’re also sought-after consultants for local high schools, sport coaches, trainers, and gym owners nationwide. Everything we do is grounded in team culture, results, and long-term impact .

Your Responsibilities:

As a PowerStrength Personal Trainer, you’ll be an integral part of our coaching team. You’ll:
