This position is 100% on-site in Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from initial concept to final execution along with product management and engineering.
• Conduct in-depth user research utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, data analysis) to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Translate complex user insights and business requirements into clear design requirements, user stories, and innovative design solutions.
• Design visually compelling and intuitive user experiences for both enterprise and consumer platforms, emphasizing simplicity, efficiency, and emotional connection.
• Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Establish and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring brand consistency across all products and platforms.
• Continuously refining product design and interactions based on user feedback and market trends.
• Ensure a tight integration between Figma design deliverables and Jira product requirement documentation.
• Proactively study market trends and emerging technologies to inform design strategy.
• Co-facilitate workshops and user feedback sessions.
• Perform other related duties to support team objectives and evolving responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful enterprise and consumer design projects.
• Expert proficiency in Figma with deep understanding of design systems.
• Strong foundation in user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Demonstrated ability to create detailed wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies and their impact on design considerations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
• Proven ability to rapid prototype, and test ideas quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing platform products or network-based applications.
• Familiarity with identity management concepts or security-focused design.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and inclusive design.
• Previous experience working within a high growth start up environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
