Fogelman is interviewing experienced Property Managers for several properties in the Little Rock area. The ideal candidate possesses 5 plus years of multifamily experience on a conventional property and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Property Manager role. Must be a strong leader with attention to detail, proven experience maximizing occupancy and revenue for the community, familiar with the Little Rock market, possesses proficient financial acumen. a team leader and customer service oriented. Yardi experience is a plus.

SUMMARY
The Property Manager is fully accountable for all property operations. The purpose of this role is to effectively manage and coordinate employees, activities and available resources in order to accomplish property objectives as set forth by the Regional Vice President, ownership group, and Fogelman Properties. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and property values.
