Job Title: Receptionist (Temp)

Location: Skaneateles, NY

Work Schedule: M-F, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr

3 month temporary position - fully onsite

Overview:

Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Receptionist to provide front desk support at our Skaneateles, NY location. This is a contract position providing temporary coverage while a full-time replacement is secured.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and employees.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, direct calls appropriately, and take accurate messages.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with building security procedures.
• Coordinate with facilities and security teams as needed.
• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant receptionist or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with basic computer tasks; must be comfortable using standard office equipment.
• Ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
